Long term sufferer Amy led the way to boldly do bald to raise wider awareness of the Invest in ME Research Centre of Excellence and funds for their biomedical research to establish tests and treatments for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
Some supporters stop short of a full head shave and some donate their cut hair to Little Princess Trust.
