Blue is the colour for awareness of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).

May 12th is ME Awareness Day but you can do blue for ME any day of the year!

Step 1: Get blue – nail polish, face paint, blue hat, blue jumper, blue effects on a photo, blue face mask, blue socks, go crazy with blue eye shadow etc etc etc

Step 2: Post of photo of you beautifully blue

Cooking up a storm of awareness and fundraising for Invest in ME Research by honouring The Cordon Bleu establishment. A version for ME where, whatever edible produce you, a friend or loved one makes for the occasion, is blue in some way. You can do blue food for us on any day of the year!

Light Up the Night Blue created by patients in Canada for International Day of Awareness of ME and other chronic immunological and neurological diseases (CIND).

Ask for local landmarks where you live to be lit up blue for May 12th ME Awareness.
